There are still ways to live your life again and not worry too much about the discomfort of feeling like a new person. And these 15 tips will help you do just that!

Give yourself time and space to adjust.

It’s normal to feel out of place after a long hiatus. You might have to start your whole life over, or are just returning from being abroad for a year, or maybe you’re just finally getting back on your feet after being sick for months!
